Thurs March 17 7:30 meeting minutes

- Marv will look into Jimmy Johns for subs. JJs and Jersey Mikes open at 10 so we could get subs at a better time than the rest that open at 11
  - will get subs for 50, hopefully delivered
-Marv and John will shop for Soda, water, wine, beer, chips, popcorn (if popper cant be cleaned)
- Marv will pack coolers 
- Heather and Kath will bring table snacks, perhaps peanuts, chocolate, snack mix...
- youth has games we can use, should check for completeness
- Marv will do Fibbage
- Steve will bring games
- MaryJane will run Up & Down the River card game
- Steve will print some tabletop signs for designated games Check with Cheryl re: cardstock
  FIbbage, Up & down, Scattegories, UNO, Pictionary, ?Trivial Pursuit? Open
- Did not discuss kids games in particular
- John will work with Glenn on setting up tables Sat am. We can finish Sun if needed. 8 rounds and some recs
- John will bring pads and pencils for Bible Trivia
- Steve will bring usb speaker and ipad
- Steve will order subs for 10:45 delivery or 10:30 pickup (for 50)
- Steve will announce 3/19 both services

8:00 - Steve announcement at service

- set up signs, table snacks, Fibbage, drinks, etc
- do we have any microphone capabilities? Steve check equip in band room

10:00 - Steve announcement at service
10:15 - Start popcorn machine near stairs
10:45 - Have subs delivered If not, will have to go get about 10:30
11:00 - people should be coming in, snacking, getting subs and tables
11:15 (or when people are settled)- Start Bible Trivia
- after lunch begin games. Run as needed
